how does one remove the site tools link from main menu?

my aim is to instead use topmenu for the increase/decrease text size links, therefore how do i get these links and move them to topmenu?

not sure if that make sense! but need help plz

I would also like to move the Site Tools to the topmenu!

The site is not live yet, so I have attached an image.

I would like the Site Tools to appear in the topmenu where it says
“Our Allies | Community Forum | Visit the Circle”
