Please Disable the breadcrumb module in Administrator-> Extensions-> Module Manager

can you please post your admin details in PM

If this issue to be fixed is urgent, For time being to this css fix. once I received the admin details will fix it permanently

Add this code to this css file : /templates/ja_puresite/css/template.css

#ja-topsl3{
display:none;
}

The css suggestion is only for a temporary fix. post me the details in PM
