As i said its from the JSitemap pro extension you have to check the remove the metadata from that extension of each menu.
You can simply disable the plugin System – JSitemap utilities and see the issue is fixed.
The metadata is coming from the 3rd party extension, not from the template.

For the time i remove metadata from this extension for you and you can see now its showing fine
