I would like to remove the red part containing, Biography, Audio, Albums, Video, Photos, Event.

Go to main menu >> Artists menu item >> Page Display Options >> Show Page Heading = No >> Page Class = remove the class “artists-list photos artists”

If you wanna remove the whole menu, with Biography, Audio, Albums, Video, Photos, Event, go to the template manager in joomla administrator and pick the template theme you’re using. Next go to templates config tab and turn show extra menu form to no and save the change. That should remove the whole menu. I tried it with default and it got rid of the whole menu.

1. Go to extension, template and select your default template

2. Choose "Templates Config" from the tabs

3. Turn "Show extra menu" to "No"

You should be good.
