    I want to remove the theme color from the Masthead image. I find the color scheme is too overpowering, so we want to reduce it by removing the formatting for the main index masthead image.

    Hi
    You can add below code in /css/custom.css file to remove the color over the masthead image

    .jamasthead.blend-bg {
        background-color: transparent!important;}

    That worked, however, for all the mastead images on all the article / blog pages. But it didn’t work for the one I need it to work on, which is the main index page. It’s the only page that still shows with the color layer over the image.

    I ONLY need this to work on the masthead image on the main page, and no other pages.

    So this leads me to believe that this css code is separate for the main page.

    Hi
    Kindly share the page url where the changes are not working.

    Regards
