Hi,
couldn’t find how to remove these two elements at the footer. they don’t appear in the blocks folder files.
Please help.

If you want to remove the entire block go into the template manager, edit the default layout and remove the line as per below.

<block name="navhelper" type="navhelper" main-inner="1"></block>
