Do you want rid of the whole block including the bar? If so go into your template manager and in the layouts tab edit the layout you are using eg default and remove the line shown below

<block name="navhelper" type="navhelper" main-inner="1"></block>

If you still want the black bar and just want rid of the text then we need to copy the navhelper block from the plugin to the templates folder before performing a code edit. If you want that option post back and I will give you details.

Very nice! – Just removed the bar completely – At first, the new framework seemed a little overwhelming, but it’s starting to make sence now 🙂

It took me a while to learn but the effort was well worth it. The more you discover the easier it becomes and you also find you can do a lot more than you thought possible.

That is nice and simple, simply edit administrator>language>en-GB>en-GB.plg_system_jat3.ini

You will find the following code in that file, edit as required
