how can I get rid of the first line indents in menus — please see attached.

Also, I need to edit the frames to get rid of the outside. I’ll do this by changing the css to expect png files and recreate the frames with transparent outers. Problem is that I cannot find everything I need in the source files. Can you please tell me which image files I would need to edit i order to get the frame outers to transparent so it doesn’t look so bad?
