How can I hide or change the word “Subcategories”? I’ve tried the basics in the categories and menu parameters, but I must be looking in the wrong place.

Here are a few examples:
On the “Fat Footer” at the bottom, under “Features,” click on “Articles.” The title “Articles” appears. Can that be changed or hidden?

Or, the ones that really bug me are like this:
On the “fat footer” under “About Us,” click “Leadership” — You’ll see the title “Subcategories” That’s the one I really want to alter.
