At the bottom of the template are two links – Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions – currently set to ‘#’

I can’t figure how to either remove the links altogether or to create two articles and link to them – any advice appreciated,

You login backend–>Extensions–>Module manager–>Unpublish Footnav module
