September 7, 2011 at 9:35 pm #168289used firebug for 1/2 hour… can’t find the culprit. if I use say…the blue-orange theme, the main nav at the top is difficult to read as it appears to have a shadow.
How can I fix this so the text is legible again? (flat)
cheers,
Gilles

September 8, 2011 at 12:28 am #411348Hi
I’ve just checked with our demo site. Do you mean a text shadown for menu-item ( description / second line ) ?
.ja-megamenu ul.level1 li.mega .group-title a.mega {
text-shadow: 0 1px 0 #000000;
}
It should be this code. Let’s me download and check in my local to find out which file because demo site using compressing mode.
Thank you

September 8, 2011 at 12:51 am #411351I was looking at the demo actually. but… I’m now checking on another PC and it looks fine.
I’ll have another look at the notebook tomorrow to see if the problem is still there.
Thanks for getting back to me.
I’ll respond back tomorrow with an update.

Hi,
You find this code from /templates/ja_community_plus/css/menu/mega.css
.ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.mega a.mega.active {
background: url(../../images/grad-01.png) left top repeat-x; < remove this line
color: #FBCC93;
padding: 15px 20px;
border: 0;
margin: 0;

September 8, 2011 at 3:17 pm #411490Yes demo site, i’m still evaluating before committing to it.
Look at the screenshot again. It’s the words themselves, the text, that I refer to. It looks like they have a slight dropshadow on them, they’re not “flat” or clear.
I hope this helps.

September 8, 2011 at 6:51 pm #411548the db error seems to have been resolved.
Is this template 1.7 ready? It only shows the 1.5 and 1.6 icons for it… but… when I download it… the files are tagged as 1.7.
Can you clarify this please?
Thanks!
