Goto Extensions –> Template Manager –>JA_Mendozite – Default–>PROFILES Tab –>Default Profile –> scroll down until Theme Settings –click on the pen icon and select the blue theme click on Apply and save
clean your JaT3 Cache and refresh your front end

Now you have a new theme selected
