at the top, where it says “world, technology, entertainment, health…..” i want to rename those….and i want to rename what’s underneath, like where it says, “the cms” “new to joomla” “current users,” etc.
plus i want to put in my own videos instead of the videos on the front page of my site http://www.study2live.com
plus i can’t seem to get rid of the “text” above my articles when i submit my articles.

Go to menu manager in Joomla’s back-end. Open menu magazine (if I’m not mistaking) and change the titles.

I’m not sure I follow you here, about the “menu magazine.” I opened up “magazine” but I don’t know what to do at this point….gray Friendgray

January 23, 2010 at 9:18 am #330125In Joomla’s back-end, go to Menus->magazine*. You’ll see all the menu items assigned to the top menu.
You can creat you own menu, creat a Menu Module based on your menu, and in template’s configuration “Menu System” set your own menu module as the default one for the top main menu.
