Hi,

I installed JA Builder v. 1.0.6 on Joomla v. 3.8.3 and it installed successfully, then after creating a page and clicking on Live edit, a page showing Rendering Blocks loading, but nothing happens, see attached. I’ve tried refreshing and logging back in, but I get the same result.

Any idea how to fix this?

Hello,
same for me, it was working fine until yesterday.

I’ve tried the following topics but none of them solve the problem:

• extensions > manage > database > fix
• Deploy the jub.zip as mentioned into another post
• Clear cache on server side
• Clear cache of the browser
• Use another browser
• Create a new page and try to edit it
• Nothing useful found in the logs under : administrator/logs/
• Check the rights: folder = 755, files = 644

Theres another post with more users having the same problem.

Seems like the extern script from http://themepro.com/ isnt reachable so nothing can be done with page builder.

Hi,

This issue has been fixed by the team, you can try to edit page again (try to clear browser’s caches & cookies if needed).

Let me know if the issue still persists.
