    Hello i send you an Ticket on 02.01.2014 over your Ticketsystem – become no answer and now i see that you have trouble with this system. Here is the E-Mail what i got:

    i pay a renew but in in my Membership account there is no invoice – but the Money is booked from PayPal. can someone checkt this?

    Your JATC standard membership – 1 year has been successfully renewed. The downloadable invoice is now available in your JoomlArt member area ( Please log in our site, go to “Member Area” >> Scroll down to “Your payment history” >> You will see the invoices in HTML or PDF format therein)

    Regarding ticket ID# KGI-612-32706, we lost track of your inquiry unexpectedly due to technical issue. However, it has just been replied already.
