    Hello,

    we just renew our membership :

    JATC Standard Membership – 1 year
    JAEC – Joomla Extensions Club – 1 Year

    We paid with 2check out, and it was ok.

    But we have no invoice, no confirmation mail and nothing appear in the account.

    So what’s happens ?

    And for info, this year, we didn’t receive any mail to renew our membership….!

    What can we do to fix this ??

    Update: after one hour, apparently it is ok.
    But we see that we paid the full price and not the renew price.

    What’s happening ??

    Normally, our system will automatically send you an email reminding the expiry date within 30 days of expiry of membership to let you renew the membership with 30% off. After the membership expires, the renewal link is not available for your account any more!

    I am not sure why your renewal email did not go through. You can check your spam box also for sure!

    Can you provide me the email address who normally sent this email ?

    And so there is no chance to buy a renew instead the full price ??

    we just check our mail server, and we don’t see any mail from the address admin@joomlart.com.
    Strange …
