    I am unable to renew my JATC Standard Membership. When I log into the website site, I am not able to see it. Please take a look and let me know how I can go about renewing my membership.

    Hi guy,

    Because you have been a Developer already; therefore, you can not renew or newly purchase JATC Standard membership.

    Please go to ‘member area’ -> ‘Renew JATC Developer 1 year’ to renew your membership. This link is still available via your account.

    In case, you need our further help, please submit a ticket.

    The reason why I have JATC Developer is because I purchased the JM template and you all did not want to refund my money but rather agreed to place me in a JATC Developer plan.

    I am not as advance in Joomla to need access to extension and other items that JATC Developer provides. I am content with the simple JATC Standard Membership.

    Please reinstate my ability to renew my membership so I can once more use the services that I requested.

    Did JA will check the support ticket now?
    Coz i need advice and answer from my question about renewing my membership will be expired by may 31, 2010 soon.

    Dear mayke,

    I checked your ticket and also your redemption request for >> 1 year JA Standard Membership . But as the ticket content is slightly different and with request for some other consideration.
    So, it would be best replied by Support Head. If you want me to consider your redemption request and update your subscription, i can do that right away.

    please give me more/the details about : an update of the subsciption mention above?
    do you mean that you can update my redemption request from Standard Membership to Developer Membership?
    yes please, and how? but you know that the credits need more than that…

    Yes, you are short of credits for the same. If you want i can return back your 3,000 credits and you can earn additional 500 credits by helping others in here and submit your redemption request again.

    Thank you Arvind, but haven’t enough time for that.
    What do I have to do now? my account will be expired by may 31, 2010 very soon.
    I didn’t see for/the renewal account for Standard Membership in Member Area?
    Would you mind to help me re-arrange my account from Developer to Standard Membership?
    So i can : Order NEW Standard Membership and you help me to return back my 3,000 credits.
