Hello,

I was looking into renewing my subscription and clicked threw to the renew tab and see that for $49.00 it will renew me to 1 year subscription with 2 domains. Is this two domains total or does this mean it will add 2 domains to my account for a total of 3 domains?

Also — Can you purchase additional domains and if so at what cost?

Hi nefar,
1. If you renew to JATC Standard membership – 1 year, the renewal will give you additional 2 licensed domains. So that your total domain is 3 domains.
2. Sorry that we do not support separately domain purchasing. If you want to extend your domain, you need to buy membership. If you upgrade to JA Developer, you can register unlimited domains.

Hi mayke,
I am not sure which information you need. However, Yyou can login to Member Area and you can see your membership period details. As in my first post, to have the discount, you need to renew before the expired date. If you decide to renew then it make no difference if you renew today or next week because the new memberhip will be started from the expired date. In your case the expired date is 31 May 2009, if you renew today, then your new expired date is 31 May 2010
