So I need to purchase another template for another commercial website(I currently have one).

If I renew my membership for $49 will that provide me with another commercial license or should I just log out and make a new account for this website and buy the 3 month and download the one template that I need?

Will the template be good even after the membership expires? This would just mean I couldn’t change the template anymore correct?

No, the template is still licensed either way.
