    I renewed my account last night and everything was fine. Now after today’s maintenance it showing I need to renew again!

    In fact, the renew function will be available in Member Area because you can always renew when active. You will get 30% discount if you renew before expiration

    During your active membership, “Renew” can be understood as “Extend” because the new expiring date = current expiring date + 1 year

    That’s what shows up in the block on the left of the page.

    The renew “function” is not the issue. The issue is when I log into my account the account status block that loads on the left hand side of the screen states :

    Your JA Template Club membership has expired…
    You can renew/upgrade your membership at your Member Area

    This is obviously not true and when I log in it forces me to the “renew” page. I did not have this problem before the site was down for an entire day so it obviously was trigged when that large downtime happend.

    Our system work well at the moment, please log in you account and check again. I think it may be your browser cache, please try to delete cache and cookie.

    Cookies, cache, session cleared still shows up as expired. I also checked in another browser and it shows up as expired.

    The expired message is a bug in our system. Your account is still granted with full download and email support permission. The bug has been fixed however.

    Hi Hung Dinh

    3 days ago I redeemed 3,500 credits to upgrade to JA Developer membership.

    I have not received confirmation e-mail but the 3,500 credits were deducted.

    I have also tried e-mailing you directly, and customer support, and I’ve opened a Priority Support Ticket.

    Still no response. Please can you advise if my redemption request has been received?
