    Hi All,

    Using Ja Trona, I would like to display the joomFish Language Selector [raw display images – FLAGS] at the color tools position of CPanel.

    How to this?
    In advance Thanks.

    That was a bad idea.

    The right place in my case should be to publish at the position ‘top”.
    But doing so, the flags doesn’t appear at all.

    Any tips or hints?
    Thanks.

    If you have not done so, you should go to Extensions/Modules and find mod_jflanguageselection.
    Go to edit this module and in Module Parameters select Appereance of language selector as “u-list of images” I hope this is a help to you.

    Publishing at “ja-cpanel” the language selector as “u-list of images” gives me the same effect as “raw images”-> the flags appear after the menu, breaking the cpanel.
    At “top” doesn’t appear at all.

    That should be enough for me to make it work at “top” after mod_login; but no chance.

    There is no way to this directly.
    But in case someone else will be interested in doing so, here is how I did it:

      Add a new position, ie “jflangs”
      Publish “mod_jflanguageselection” or whatever else you want to display at that position.
      Publishing “mod_jflanguageselection”,
      I set “Modules Parameters->Appereance of language selector” to “Raw display of images”
      and important, I set “Advanced parameters->Include Joom!Fish CSS” to “No”.
      Open /templates/ja_trona/index.php in your editor. Find near line 98
      <div id="ja-usercolors">
      Just before this code, insert the code:

      <div id="ja-usercolors">
      <jdoc:include type="modules" name="jflangs" style="raw" />
      </div>

      I used “ja-usercolors” id to align the flags at rigth side like the user colors selector.

    After saving, you should get the language selector displayed at that position without breaking the template.

    That’s all.

    Thanks a lot hcharly for taking the time to write that out. That is a nice solution. I’ve copied it to keep for future reference.

    Happy New Year!:)
