its ok 🙂
it was not urgent.. otherwise i will spam mail and forum :}
was using quickstart and was trying to remove some plugin that i do not need (my server deleted one file instantly because it was encrypted… kinda security stuff)
i used clean joomla installation and i install template only
so its ok now
