Hello,

Is it possible to replace integrated mainmodule with a 3third party menumodule, i want this because the guy from joomlabamboo has a module wich automaticly updates the mainmenu when a new article is being added to a category.

For this issue, i think you should define new position at that place and assign your module into this position.
