Oke, here we go.
Make sure that the folder, where you put monoslideshow, is called monoslideshow and placed in the root of your website, to make this example work.
- In the backend of your website goto Modules – Site Modules;
- Choose New
- Title = monoslideshow (or whatever)
- Show title = No
- Position = Header
- Put in Custom Output next code

Publish this new module.
