Our Zeolite 2 powered online shop is almost ready to go:

Note, I’ve done away with Virtuemart (too clumsy for me) and replaced with ‘nicepaypal’ buttons, which is a pretty simple solution that works for us.

Anyway, I digress. My question is this:

Can I replace the header background with an image instead? Currently I have an image rendering within the header bar but I reckon the end result will look a lot cleaner with a feathered image replacing the block colour background.

Is that possible? if so, can anyone explain how to do it?

Dear macout!

Pls open the file: /templates/ja_zeolite_ii/css/template.css and find the following css:
#ja-cpanel .main {
height: 32px;
background: #34383B;
border-bottom: 1px solid #62DC25;
}

you change :

#ja-cpanel .main {
height: 32px;
background: url(IMAGE_PATHHERE);
border-bottom: 1px solid #62DC25;
}

Have you checked it in Firefox the menu text is squashed badly
attached is the view at 1920 x 1080 FF 3.xx

Tien, that was close to fixing it, but not quite. When I followed your instructions, it replaced the grey bar (at breadcrumb & search positions) with an image. I’m actually hoping to replace the main header just below it, current blue background with logo image on top. I want to replace that whole thing with just an image.

Thanks for the heads up UB. Yes, I have tested in FF, but not at that res. I have trimmed the nav titles wondering if perhaps that helped. I can’t test that res on this machine sadly.

I have re checked and your changes were successful the menu system now appears as you would expect it to
