how do I remove or replace the text inside the at the top after pressing on the link to the page?

and how is this image added to the page?

and if I wanted to add an image inside the text and have it look like it does on the homepage how would I do that?

Hi
it’s JA Masshead module. You can open the module from module manager and configure it for different menu items.
