I changed the pSd and then uploaded it to replace header-bg.jpg. When I look at the final from Cpanel it looks fine. However my site is not reflecting the changes. What else do i need to do to make the header correct?

Hi, you have to cut the header out. The image which you put as header now is the whole site.
If you look at the original header you will see what I mean.
http://template.joomlart.com/ja_pariiti/templates/ja_pariiti/images/header-bg.jpg

If you cut the header out (there are blue separation lines) you will see the header part on your site too.
Now your header image is simply too big. This is why you cannot see it in the header part.
