When someone posts a reply to a comment, it is hidden, and an icon “show # replies” must be clicked to see the replies. Is there a way to have these all show without having to be clicked? We would like to show the whole thread to viewers without extra click.

Hi Cheryl,

It seems even i could not find the option to turn this feature on / off. I have asked the Dev to look into it and lets see what they say. I shall update you on this.

Hi,

There is a new configuration to show all replies of comment.

Please log into administrator/index.php?option=com_jacomment&view=configs&group=comments under admin account then find ‘show child comment’ checkbox, turn it on to enjoy.
