good day.

need to disable the responsive format in order to see the webpage as it appears on the computer on a smartphone and tablets.

Need to change the salesprice on the virtuemart product but can’t seem to find the place on less since I go directly to the css and with any changes made to the page it reverts back to the original color and size font.

Hi
If you want to turn of the responsive mode you can turn it off from template options.
And for Virtualmart style you xan use firebug or inspect element from browser tool and override via custom.css file.
