Hi,
I would like to slighly reposition my header graphic which occupies template position User4 at http://www.welshartnow.org. Just up slightly to take if off the menu bar. The css for this does not seem to reside in the template.css file so I am a bit unsure.

You seem to have that banner in the ja-search position (assuming you are talking the one on the right)

Adjust the code in red below as required.
