Right now, the “My Posted Jobs” page shows the jobs in the list format of the main page. Realistically, however, an employer would probably rather have a more streamlined list view, similar to what we see in the back end. (Although keep the linked applications feature, which is really handy.)

@brent, of course, that feature is good for someone but i think it is not necessary for all. Thank you for sharing this idea!
