Hi there,
How can I set what would display if I press the Reset button? I have two JA K2 Filter modules in my website. I set each of them to search different things only (I can’t search by Category, as the Category of JA K2 Filter clashes with another component in my website; I set each module to focus on different Extra Field Groups) The problem is when I press the button Reset, it displays items from another Extra Field Groups, which I don’t want. Any advice?

Hi,

Please try to set each module to focus on one Category (assign to Extra Field Groups). If it doesn’t work then you can share your site URL and admin account, I could check your problem further.

(I was waiting for email notification on any reply to my thread but I received none so I am not aware you’ve already replied~)
Your advice works. I set "Filter by Category" as "Hide" but set "Select Categories" underneath it to the category (which the extra field group of concern belongs to) I only want to search. When I press button "Reset" it only displays items within the desired category.

IT maybe you accidentally uncheck for Notify replies by email ?
