If you want to change the width of the main area and right column, please read this thread.
Size of articles’ images are set in HTML code with the help of Joomla editor. Just open an article for editing and see image properties.

Thanks gray. I know images size are set in html code, but if you change size at image properties, home, sections and articles details resize image, how can I change that? thanks.

If you want to change all images size automatically, and JA Thumbnail plugin is installed, please see this instruction.
