Hi
Add below code in custom.css file to change the logo size

div.logo-image img {
    max-height: 52px!important;
}

increase the height of as per needs .
To increase header height use this code in custom.css

}
.uber-header.header-4 {
    height: 100px!important;
}

Go to /templates/Uber/css/custom.css
Create custom.css if file is not there .
