I watched this video and it shows you can resize the modules by dragging but I can’t seem to make that work on my template. Is there something I need to do to turn this feature on?

I’m not quite sure what modifications you have done upon your installation. However, it still seems to be difficult for me to guess the issue and give out the solution if I do not have a look at it. Please pm me url, admin access on your site. I shall check it for you
