I have a question, I can update nearly everything on my site now except change the heading of the resource menu. I went into menu manager and changed the title for the resource menu and thought that would do it but it didnt, does anyone have any ideas?

Hi prelog !
I think that What you need change is page title . You must go to menu mananger , on right panel select Parameters – System slide then change value of page title text box .
