I am using smart phone, at the responsive mode, the content of the website is apparently working as the basic function of responsive but unable to be enlarged (zoom in). It is not acceptable to my website application because sometimes the content of pictures or texts need to be zoomed in for better legibility. Please advise if it is possible to make it work on smart phones? I only found it works on my touch screen desktop computer. Please help, thanks.

Open templates/ja_healthcare/tpls/blocks/head.php file

Find and change

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=1.0, user-scalable=no"/>

To

<meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0, maximum-scale=3.0, user-scalable=yes"/>
