    Hello,
I’m having an issue with images displaying in positions 1, 2 and 3 on the homepage.

On your demo site, the images in positions 1, 2 and 3 when shrunk down display the SAME width as the copy beneath them (see screenshot_1).

I have set up position 1 on our site (https://nysfda.org/New-NYSFDA) as directed in the Ja Biz documentation. However the image does not extend to the right margin of the text beneath at smaller screen sizes (screenshot_2) as it does on the demo site.

I went in and INCREASED the size of the image to match that of the image in the Ja Biz DEMO (263px). That fixed the problem in the responsive small view but when at 100% the image is too wide (screenshot 3) and extends into position #2.

I would like for this area to function as it does in the Ja Biz demo site where the image at the smaller size is the width of the text beneath and when at 100% does not extend into the next position (screenshot_4).

    Any help is much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi there

First to proceed with the debug of your problems you should update your template to the latest version released ( 1.1.5 ) your installed version is 1.1.3 and also you should update your T3 Framework plugin still on version 2.5.2 while latest released is 2.5.5
You can use the JA Extension manager component to update Joomlart extensions , i noted your JAEM installed component is giving mysql issues , to solve them first uninstall it going to extensions -> Manage -> Filter for component and uninstall , then download again it and install using Joomla extension manager.
After installed go to configuration and save then configure the Joomlart updates as the default service and fill in your Joomlart account clicking on edit button .

After updated both template and T3 Framework we can see if your issues are solved

    P.S.
Take a website full backup ( database and files ) first to make updates.

    Let me know.

    Hi there

I changed settings to all your 3 modules in position-1-2-3

position-1 ) You added the wrong Module Class Suffix it should be mod-custom with an empty space at the begnning as showed in my image below.

position-2 and position-3 you completely missed to add the module class suffix for both modules.

    It is showing fine now

    Regards

    Thank you!

Would these changes have affected the homepage image slider? All of a sudden our images are not stretching the width of the template like they were just a little while ago. No one here has been working on the site in the past few hours so I know we didn’t do anything.

I have another support ticket (Image size problems after updates were performed) in to you guys which deals with some images on certain pages of the site suddenly extending beyond the template bounds after we updated joomla and T3. Perhaps someone is working on that presently and it’s affecting the slideshow???

    Don’t know what to answer

I only added the Module Class Suffix to the 3 modules and disabled the ThemeMagic and css ,js optimization to verify mobiles css files affected to solve your problems.

    Then i restored again them

    Nothing else
