    Hello,

I did some changes to my site but the responsive part of the site is not working… I don’t know why.

I use JA Purity with Joomla 3.3.0

Most of my css changes are in rtl/custom.css … maybe this is the reason?

Many thanks for your always great help and support

    Best Regards
    Raffet Ali

    Hi nooran,

Purity III template is not ready for J!3.3, we are still in progress of updating it and do hope to release new version within this week.

Please try to roll back to the last working version and wait for the update.

    Hi Raffet,

If the problem with white page still persists, please try going to administrator area of your site > Sites > Global configuration > Server tab and enable ‘Error Reporting’, it then lets you know if any error exists.

    Hello @saguaros,

It is already enabled to : System Default.
    But there are other options:

    – Simple
    – Maximum
    – Development

Should I choose one of these other options?

You can try with ‘Maximum’ value.

    Hello @saguaros,

There is no error… I have noticed that the page comes as white, because the whole site is on hidden on the right side of the iPhone which means the width is too much…
Can you tell me please how to solve this? I think it’s a matter of CSS file, but don’t know where.

This is the URL: http://www.hrcyemen.org, please check on your iPhone device.
On the other hand, if you check this URL http://www.hrcyemen.org/eng , you will find out it’s appearing normally well.

    Please check the attached image.

Many thanks for your continuous help & support.

I tried to open your site in iPhone device but it looks fine: http://prntscr.com/3qzthu

Could you try to clean browser cache or open in another device?

    Hello @saguaros,

As I checked your screenshot, yest it’s working fine from your end..
I have cleared the site cache, but it was the same…
I’m using iPhone 4s with chrome browser.

Can you please browse the site again but with chrome? I’m sure you will the same issue.

I see the issue but please notice that the Purity III is not ready for RTL language (we mentioned this in info page of this template: http://www.joomlart.com/joomla/templates/purity-iii ), so I’m afraid it will not work properly in iPhone for RTL and you should wait for the update.
