Hey there,

I am using one of your template: http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#ja_university and now i am facing a problem.

Just look at the banner of the homepage.There is a small red color box on the banner showing some text with navigation.I need to show the red color box all devices except the mobile devices.(i.e below width 500px it is not needed.)

But now the red color box is going off in ipad devices.I need to show in iPad portrait and landscape mode.And another thing is that in ipad responsive view the red color box should not over lap the background pics.

Can someone help me out ??? :(( :((

Do you need the FTP logins or phpmyadmin ?

I guess, only FTP logins would do it.
Is that correct ?
