To show mega menu in mobile : Go to template options > Naivgation > Collapse menu for small screen > ON .
See the same menu doc link that i provided above .
For the padding : add below code in custom.css file

.t3-slideshow + .t3-mainbody {
    margin-top: 490px!important;
}

Kindly check your slideshow module . Module ID 95 and you can see all option in the module .
Also i suggest you to read the template documentation to know the configurations .

Hi it’s not in the documentation it’s in the Joomla module manager with Id of the module is 95 you can open the module and see the options.
In the documentation you can see all the demo styles configuration of module. Hope it helps
