hello i installed few times mixmaz template but don’t work in responsive mode in anyway. there’s a particolary knowed solution?

Hi Francesco,

Did you make any change to this template? How did you install this template – using quickstart?

If possible, pm me admin account of your site, I tried to login with info included in this thread but without success.

i just have installed the template and tested with any chages.
i want be sure to fix this problem before go on with customization.
I used quickstart installation.

Hi Francesco,

I don’t see some important css files which used for responsive feature in this template on your site:

layout-mobile.css
layout-mobile-port.css
layout-tablet.css

in /templates/ja_mixmaz/css folder

Please try to get these files back, in case you deleted them, you can download attached file and unzip to appropriate folder:

Thank you the problem is solved.

Not just that files missed but more… i tryed to copy lot times all the quickstart folder don’t know why that happen. by the way… it’s ok now. thank you very much for your fast support.
