    Hi
may i know in which devices you are getting this issue ?
I can see the sidebar is hidden for the small views , you can show it from template options > Layout > responsive layout > Small .Click on sidebar to show it .

my question is when sidebar is set to hide in small screen, why component layout is not auto set to 100% width?

    Hi
because the component width is defined in the PHP files , the sidebar is hidden by the CSS class hidden-xs that does not do this . The sidebar is published on site but it’s hidden by the style classes .
