I disabled the Responsive and compiled Less to Css but my site on both Laptop and mobile was all mess up. Can you please teach me another solution in making the same appearance on Laptop and Mobile. Thank you

You are using a very older version of T3 and template .
Kindly take backup of site update , template and T3 plugin to latest version . Then compile Less to CSS .
Clean cache and check your site .

Kindly update it yourself please , you to use your JA Account information in the JA Extension manager to update JA Extension and template .

Configure JA Extension manager with your JA Account selecting Joomlart updates and then update T3 plugin and template from this component .
