    Hello JA Forum,

I’ve noticed that the latest trend with Joomlart and all of the other template developers seems to be creating J2.5 responsive
templates. I also noticed that Joomlart advised that when creating a new site based on a responsive template… all integrated
extensions should also be responsive… or things will break.

Fair enough… my question is simply this… is it possible to use the new template in Un-responsive mode to accommodate
some 3rd party extensions that may not be responsive?

I want to use the two latest Joomlart templates JA Ventas and JA Lens. But I need to use other 3rd party extensions to create
    my workflow.

It seems to me that development options will be limited if we can only incorporate extensions that are responsive and native to
the templates. At the moment anyway.

    Please advise,

    Romello

    Hello Romello,

Actually, responsive design allows the content flexible to be displayed on the different devices especially it works fine on mobile browsers. Hence, it is ok on all devices except mobile devices if you combine the 3rd party extensions into any responsive templates. To avoid breaking the layout for this integration on any devices ( mobile devices in particular). There are 2 following ways for you to get it fixed:

1/ Lock responsive function for our templates.
2/ Reponsive designing for your extensions stuffs.

Up to you to choose. Note that JA Vintas is not the responsive template 😀

    Regards,
