    Hello,

    I installed the Quick start package with Joomla 1.5.15. – Ja Lead.
    I worked some hours for changed some things in the template for personalize this site for a costumer.

    I changed “you are here” by “Vous êtes ici” on the index.php page.
    And suddenly : “Restricted access” on first page. Try to find answer on Joomla forum (in french) but the last answer was from 2008. Perhaps is an other possibility now than reinstall all.

    I cleanning my base.
    Re-download original index.php but nothing change.

    I’m hosting on Online.net

    Thank you in advance for your answer and please I’m sorry for my bad english. Hope to be clear in my explaination.

    Dear Arvind,

    I gived you all my login information yesterday on your PM.
    I don’t know what can I do.
    I saw in index page :

    // no direct access
    defined( ‘_JEXEC’ ) or die( ‘Restricted access’ );

    include_once (dirname(__FILE__).DS.’ja_vars_1.5.php’);

    ?>
    Is it possible, it’s a problem with this code ?

    I can re-install all but if the problem come back ?
    Isaw in others forum, same problem after instaling code as Google Analytics, or new plugin. But I didn’t do that. Only language plugin (in french).

    What do you think ?
    I’m sorry to insist, I just prefer understand than re-install and don’t know why.:-[

    Good morning,

    Finally, I deleted all (base and files) and re-install.
    Actually I have the access to the site. 🙂

    I changed nothing at this moment but I have an error message on the POLLS module when I click on “result” :

    “Warning: cannot yet handle MBCS in html_entity_decode()! in pathway.php on line 209”

    I’m in PHP 5.

    I re-post this message in a new thread if someone have the same problem.

    Have a good week-end.
