Sounds like a server (host) based problem I cannot access it either have you removed any files recently via FTP? or changed the global configuration in the Joomla admin area and saved changes etc?
I’d see if you can access the site via your ftp client check the file and folder permissions are set to 755 if not change them and after the changes take effect try to access again
If that fails I’d ask for support from your ISP/hosting company?hope this helps

July 3, 2007 at 3:38 pm #223297You can also try installing the site in the root instead of in a folder.

Delete the joomla install and templates from the host.
Install a fresh clean install of Joomla to the host making sure to drop tables in the db and to use (install) sample data
Once you have a working accessible installation of joomla login to admin backend and upload using Joomla and install the template you wish to use, then assign the succesful templates to be the default template etcHope this helps
