How do I turn off access to the resumes completely. In our country this poses privacy risks under the law and cannot display this personal information at all.

How do I turn this off, so NO ONE can view the resume, unless the candidate sends it to the employer?

Hi,

You can configure the permissions for guest via /administrator/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=japermission&usergroup=guest and for Employer/JobSeeker via /administrator/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=jasubscriptions

yes, but how do I turn it off for EVERYONE – not just guest?

Hi,

We have 3 types of user: Employer, Jobseeker and Guest, so that in order to turn off for everyone, you can turn it off for all 3 types of user as below:

– Disable view Resume for GUEST via: administrator/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=japermission&usergroup=guest
– Disable view Resume list for JobSeeker via: administrator/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=jasubscriptions&task=edit&cid[]=9 => Permission => unchecked on: View Resume List checkbox
– Disable view Resume list for Employer via: administrator/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=jasubscriptions&task=edit&cid[]=3 => Permission => unchecked on: View Resume List, View Resume Details checkboxes
– Disable view Resume list for Registerd Employer via: administrator/index.php?option=com_jajobboard&view=japermission&usergroup=user => Edit => Unchecked on : View resume details, View Resumes List checkboxes.
