I would like to change background of right column, but I cannot see in developer document. Please help me to change it. (I am using T3 on J1.7

Though it may take some trial-and-error experimentation, a possible solution would be to add a background image/color to the following line within your plugins/system/jat3/jat3/base-themes/default/css/layout.css file
