Hi everybody,
i’m working on a website based on a JA Events template and I’ve always had some help from your posts here since I started to work on it.

Now it looks there is some problem with the right column I can’t solve. We use ADSManager in the website and when you click on some of the items of the menu on the right, the menu itself and all the stuff in the right column goes down, under the main content.

I’ve seen other posts here about this problem, but they couldn’t help.
I was wondering if somebody could take a look. The website is: http://www.audiovideo24.it.
The problem started with the “Diffusori acustici” item, but now it looks there is the same problem with “Cavi” and “Lettori CD”.

Beside, first the problem is visible only on PC, now in my mac I can see it only for one of the items.

Can somebody help?
Let me know if you need some more informations.

Hi Discoste
I checking around your site and do not find “Diffusori acustici”, “Cavi” and “Lettori CD” as you said.
Can you send me link of them.
Addition: I think that may be you use third party SEF component and this system have duplicated link which make some issue to access items 🙂

For the problem here there are some links of the pages that give problems:

Yes we use a SEF component, but until some days ago there were no problems.
I thought the problem could be in the width of the column, but modifying it nothing changed.
I also checked if there is some <div> missing in the ads of AdsManager but I couldn’t find any.

Any ideas?

Okie, i checked 3 link that you sent. Now, i think that module menu categories on right column is incorrect on SEF. Please clean cached and purge all urls for solve this issue. If the issue still persists, please send me FTP account and admin account. I shall have a look.

With “clean cached” you mean I should clean the cache of Joomla in the administrator panel?
What you mean with “purge all urls”? For that menu I used external link type and I picked up the links from the “home” of ADSManager here: http://www.audiovideo24.it/it/annunci-usato.html. Infact in these links there is the same problem (for exemple with “Cavi”).
What I don’t get is why there is this problem only with some links and not with others…

=> If you use external link, please add language element into them. You can see different between http://www.audiovideo24.it/it/annunci-usato.html with http://www.audiovideo24.it/annunci-usato/3-cavi.html is “/it” which is element of language site

Dear Hung,
i cleaned the cache, but i didn’t solve.
For what concern the link, you made me remember that we have also Joomfish component on this site. Now I have published the module for the Language selection and I noticed that in the English side, the problem, for exemple with “Cavi” doesn’t show up, everything is normal to me. Can you tell if for you is the same?
This is strange…
By the way I tried to change the url as you told me, but, with the link of “Cavi”, for exemple, it doesn’t change anything.

Any other idea? :-[

I found out the solution of the problem!:D
There was some conflict with the code of the description of the categories in AdsManager. I cleaned them from strange code and now everything’s fine!
